LensCrafters

I decided to try LensCrafters for the first time and what a disappointing experience. The men’s frames selection is tiny, they charge a surprise $50 extra fee if you don’t want your eyes dilated. Then after 15 days of waiting I still had no call, text or email that my glasses were ready. I tried for two days to call them, they didn’t answer the phone. I left a voicemail, no return call. I had to contact corporate and THEN they called me at 6:59pm when they close at 7pm. I went to America’s Best last time and had my glasses in 8 days with no communication issues so I’m not sure what’s up with Lens Crafters but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dr. Valenti was so great! He explained everything in detail to me for me to understand my vision, contacts and more. He really took his time with my eye exam and you can tell how much he cares about his patients. 10/10 recommend him!

Yesterday I was in the Brandon Mall in Brandon Florida and I went into Lens Crafters to see if they would fix the nose pads on my glasses which I bought somewhere else. I was prepared to pay whatever fee they asked. A young girl named Asma (not sure of the spelling) fixed and cleaned my glasses at no charge. I was totally surprised that she was willing to both fix and clean my glasses, which I did not buy from them, for free. I send Kudos to both Asma and LensCrafters for looking out for customers and being there for you when you need them.

Had a glass emergency where my screw fell out and michael saved the day! Amazing fast customer service definitely would recommend visiting. Please ask for Michael.

John and Michael are great. I needed a small adjustment to my glasses. Michael corrected them quickly and cleaned them to boot. John and Michael are there to help . Thanks much gents!
