I had a wonderful experience! The amazing employees go above and beyond to make sure you every want and need is met. They take the time to make sure you find your perfect frames and are the to help you at every turn. I will definitely be back next year! The shop is clean and well maintained. There is ample parking in front.

His customer service was excellent from start to finish - he was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and truly professional. Excellent experience with Regency Square location. Eye exam conducted professionally and was informative. I found frames for a reasonable price. The associate who helped me, Lisa, was knowledgeable and friendly. I will return here next time.

From start to finish, my recent visit to LensCrafters was outstanding. The young lady who scheduled me over the phone was so accommodating, fitting me in without any hassle. When I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome right away. The doctor and tech were both thorough, patient, and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. And the team member who helped me choose my glasses and the person who checked me out both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my choice. Honestly, the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I left feeling cared for and valued.
