After days of having issues with the LensCrsfters site I finally decided to go in store. The experience was a 180 from their site. Blake immediately greeted us upon entering. I already had and idea of which frame I wanted, but he expertly explained the differences in lenses and level of colors. He's knowledgeable and personable; he made it a pleasant buying experience and I didn't get shoved into payment plans, insurance plans, or other things I did not need. Highly respectable and my future business will most likely be with LensCrafters.

The person in charge of us was professional, friendly and attentive to our concerns. She took her time to frame the glasses for the right fit and other nice lady assisted her as well to make sure everything was done properly. I will definitely come back and recommend this location. Thank you.
