We had a very disappointing experience with LensCrafters. We paid extra for the protective coating on our lenses, expecting it to enhance durability, but unfortunately, it began peeling in less than six months. Since the order was placed online, we first contacted customer service by phone and were advised to visit our nearest store for assistance. However, when we went to the store, we were told they could not help because the purchase was made online. This back-and-forth was frustrating and unhelpful. My husband and I have both been wearing glasses for over 20 years, and we have never experienced anything like this before. Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the lack of consistent customer support. This experience felt misleading and not worth the additional cost. It’s literally a scam!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this LensCrafters location. I’ve been coming here regularly to get my eyes checked, and I’ve purchased glasses here multiple times, so I expected much better customer service. When I walked in, I saw an employee who wasn’t busy, so I approached him and greeted him. He didn’t acknowledge me or greet me back. I then asked if he could measure my PD because I was planning on purchasing glasses through the official LensCrafters website online. He told me he was only allowed to measure my PD if I purchased the glasses in the store. I understand that businesses have policies, but the way this was handled was extremely unprofessional and made me feel like my business was only valued if I was spending money directly in the store. It also feels incredibly money-hungry on LensCrafters’ part to withhold such a basic measurement simply because I’m choosing to purchase through your own online store. After being a loyal customer, this experience completely changed my perspective. I will no longer be purchasing glasses or getting my eyes checked at LensCrafters. You’ve lost a returning customer over something that could have been handled with basic professionalism and better customer service.

Wonderful experience, Ms. Stella and Mr. Alex fixed my sunglasses free of charge even though they were glasses I bought online from a different company. Had a screw that was popping out and loose, which made one of the legs of the glasses flimsy and uncomfortable to wear. Thank you so much! :)

Josh was a wonderful sales associate. He helped me with my frames and went above and beyond by arranging to have them shipped to another state for me. His attentiveness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Josh if you're in the area. Thank you for the outstanding service! Cheers! Lauren

I purchased the Ray-Ban Wayfarer Al Glasses (Gen 2) 😎 from LensCrafters today. I was helped my, Paula. She was amazing! I have to wait a week to receive them, but I cannot wait. Paula gave me all of my options and ran estimates for me. Everyone at this store is so sweet. I've been with LensCrafters for 8+ years and I enjoy the convenience and customer service.
