LensCrafters

This LensCrafters location is TOP TIER. Seriously, Tyler deserves a raise! 😂👏🏽 I came in to update a previous order, and from the moment he started helping me, the experience was exceptional. Tyler has such a sweet spirit. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly gracious. He walked me through every option, explained everything in detail, and never once made me feel rushed. I can be VERY indecisive when it comes to my eyewear 😂, so the fact that he remained patient and helpful the entire time deserves its own five stars! The eye doctor Dr. Runda was just as wonderful; professional, thorough, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable. On top of the amazing customer service, this location has a HUGE selection of beautiful eyewear, so there is definitely something for everyone. I’ve found my LensCrafters home! I’ll be coming to this location from now on. A++ experience from beginning to end. Tyler, you are a gem! 👓✨💛

From the moment I arrived, I barely had to wait for my eye exam. The staff was kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Ashley was especially helpful and took the time to help me find an amazing pair of glasses that was fully covered by my insurance. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily return!

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters thanks to Amy. I came in the day before regarding my Meta glasses and was told there wasn't much that could be done because my prescription lenses were no longer fitting properly in the frames. I was really disappointed and thought I wasn't going to be able to use them as my prescription glasses anymore. I returned the next day, and Amy completely turned the situation around. She took the time to look at my glasses, made adjustments to the frames, and was able to fit them properly to my face so they no longer fall off. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. The whole visit took about 10 minutes, and I was in and out with a solution I didn't think was possible. Amy truly went above and beyond, and her excellent customer service made my day. Thank you, Amy, for making it happen!

The premises are maintained in immaculate condition, catering effectively to customer requirements. Each pair of eyeglasses we examined was in excellent, clean condition. The entire staff consistently provided outstanding customer service and adeptly addressed our needs and inquiries. Gabriella, in particular, was highly informative and delivered exemplary customer service.
