Johnatan, Leon, and Nevin were amazing. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the store, Johnathan and Leon were well-versed in all things lenses. Definitely will be back just because of their customer service.
I called two days ago and was told that my glasses were being shipped and that my prescription pair should arrive on Monday. I really hope this is accurate, as I’d prefer not to experience the delays some previous customers have mentioned. That said, the service during my visit was excellent. Everyone was friendly, and I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. From Dr. Thiel to the cashier, Marco, the team made the experience pleasant. I’m crossing my fingers that my eyeglasses arrive soon, and I won’t have to wait too long. I’ll be back to provide an update once I receive them—stay tuned!
Today Leon helped us purchase our Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 in blue. He was so friendly and made the whole transaction easy. Thank you so much for your great service!
★★★★★ I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters thanks to Kathy! She provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, patient, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best option. Kathy made the whole experience smooth and stress-free with her professionalism and positive attitude. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and welcoming. Thank you, Kathy, for going above and beyond — I truly appreciate your help and highly recommend working with her!
Such a great experience in choose glass for me and my husband. Randy was excellent- he is knowledgeable, helpful, and HONEST. He was great and help choose which looked glasses looked best on us. The selections are awesome and our time with Cathy was just as good. She spent time making sure our glasses fit well and that we were taken care of even while busy. Thank you two. Silly pics included but wanted to include our new specs 👓🕶️
