I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters in Galleria Fort Lauderdale! Cynthia, Alex, and Ed went above and beyond to make the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. They took the time to educate me on my options, helped me find frames that fit my style and needs, and never made me feel rushed. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine customer service made all the difference. Thanks to their guidance, I ended up purchasing two pairs of prescription glasses and one pair of sunglasses and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. We had the best customer service experience here! First and foremost, the Optometrist here is one of Ft. Lauderdale‘s best. A lot of people know him. Dr. Eric Radzwill. Very professional and his team is fabulous, including Jada, his assistant who went out of her way to make sure we had a positive experience. Then when we found out our prescription changed so we needed to replace lenses in our prescription glasses and met Ed. He was the best! A very nice, mild mannered man who saved us $800 on new glasses with new lenses versus doing the replacement with our old glasses. Very gentle natured man who really cared about saving us some money. Can’t go wrong coming to this place.

This is the best place to go for an eye exam. Dr. Radzwill is wonderful and will answer all your questions. I always buy all my eyeglasses at Lenscrafters because they have the best quality frames and lenses. Highly recommend.

Exceptional experience at LensCrafters – Galleria Mall, Ft. Lauderdale! From start to finish, this visit was outstanding. Cynthia, the licensed optician, was incredibly knowledgeable about eyewear, contacts, and the various brands available. She was so organized, thorough, and patient that I honestly thought she was the manager (she isn’t—but she absolutely should be!). She took the time to answer every question with reassurance and care, clearly explaining all my eyewear options, insurance coverage, and what was available to me. I never felt rushed and felt fully supported while finding the perfect frames. Jada completed all of the high-tech vision and eye pressure testing prior to my appointment with Dr. Radzwill, and she was extremely thorough, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience seamless and reassuring. Top-tier service, expertise, and genuine care. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location and will absolutely be sending everyone I know here!
