Took my daughter here for an eye exam, the clinical experience was good. They got us in quickly and were able to give us results right away so that my daughter could pick out glasses. She picked out two designer glasses and was told they would email her upon arrival. The day I went to pick the glasses up, they only had one pair and a set of lenses stating these are the lenses for her to wear in her glasses now I informed the staff that she is not wearing glasses that she was supposed to receive two glasses that I paid for already. They proceeded to go and get the display and take them in the back and pop her lenses into them, when I questioned them about it, I politely informed them that I did not pay for a display that had been tried on by multiple customers, and I prefer to have a new pair for my daughter which she was already sized for. The staff told me that that was fine. they would re-order the frames. In the meantime she could use the display if she liked, and when they arrive, she can swap them out. They proceeded to give me her Gucci glasses in just a case with no box stating that they are not delivered in a box which I find hard to believe as I have several designer sunglasses that always come in a case with a box when purchased. Although this may seem like that staff came up with a resolution to my problem it is a huge inconvenience that at the time of our visit to their store, everything was paid for upfront and what we paid for was not what we got. Shaun is the employee that assisted me. He was polite and quick to find a resolution however, the other staff present we’re not very friendly or reassuring. Overall if I had the choice to do it all over again I would go somewhere else.
