I stopped into LensCrafters at Northtown Mall just to check prices on a pair of glasses I planned to buy online. I was pleasantly surprised to find their pricing was very competitive. The service I received was excellent, so I happily spent the extra eighty dollars and bought them in-store instead. I’m so glad I did, and I’m really looking forward to getting my new glasses!

Sarah did a wonderful job walking me through finding a good pair of sunglasses that fit well, we're the right size, and the exact color combination that I wanted. She was a pleasure to deal with even though it was just her in store and multiple people were in it!
This company is a complete scam. Somehow lenses do glasses I bought two years ago is 430$ but to buy new glasses, the same exact glasses with the same exact lenses are 350$ so they are charging 100$ more for the lenses than if I buy whole new glasses alone. What a shame. The lenses are only 100$ if I buy the glasses but they are 450$ if I keep my same glasses. Garbage company garbage policy.
I'm very happy with the help I got from multiple staffers. I also HIGHLY recommend going in store, because it's the same price, but personalized service. My new metas were charged up and the in-person rep walked me through the app and all the features on my new glasses.
Very professional and enjoyable experience. They gave me all the time i needed to choose new frames, unlike the previous place I had gotten new glasses from. Nicole worked one on one with me and was very easy to talk to and a joy to be around. She did everything in her power to get me the lowest prices and the best discount available since I was paying out of pocket. Overall a top notch experience, and of course I will keep coming back for all of my optometry needs.
