I had a great experience at LensCrafters at Macy’s. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. The team was also very professional and knowledgeable. Bruce is a superstar! He helped me fix my new sunglasses today and they fit great now. He is very knowledgeable and experienced professional and knows his staff! I have been coming here for three years now and the entire team is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location as I did not get the same treatment at another one of their stores. 😃

Bruce was incredible! i stopped by the stand for a few pairs of glasses i needed adjusting and he immediately sat and started helping. he was so thorough and truly took his time to make the fitting comfortable and correct to my face!
