This was my first time visiting the DC Macy’s/Lenscrafters store. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase, including style and price. I’ve purchase many of my glasses from LensCrafters and what has always made the experience so great is the salesperson I always work with. Annette! She’s the manager and her customer service is OUTSTANDING. She always makes the process pleasant and seamless. I keep coming back BECAUSE of her!
I had a great experience at LensCrafters! I came in to exchange a pair of glasses I originally purchased online, and it ended up being such a positive in-store experience—my first in years. Nate helped me throughout the process, and he was incredibly kind, genuine, and funny. He made what could’ve been a complicated exchange feel easy and even enjoyable. I absolutely love my new frames, and the upgraded lenses have honestly been a life upgrade. This experience fully convinced me that shopping for glasses in-store is the way to go. Highly recommend!
Demitri was very helpful in getting me checked in, checking my insurance coverage, and helping me pick out my frames. I appreciated that he double checked my insurance before my visit with the doctor and took the time to show me my coverage so that I had that in mind while looking at classes.
Great service. From out of town. My glasses’ nose piece broke off. They gave me a solid temp fix till I can go back home. Great people!
