Excellent Doctor and store staff. They really take efforts to understand and help their patients. I have been seeing Dr Khan from 2+ years now. She is thorough during eye exam. She empathizes and pays close attention to her patients. She encourages her patients to ask questions and bring up any concerns. I strongly recommend Dr.Khan and her staff at Woodfield Macy’s location!

I had an eye exam at this location last week, by far the best experience out of a few locations I have been to. The store manager worker as a well-oiled-machine with her staff. They were all welcoming and friendly. Getting your annual eye exam is a headache but they made it a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back next year.
I had a great experience at this LensCrafters! It was my first time here and everyone was nice and professional but the star of the show was Allen, the front desk! Super kind, and welcoming and had an absolutely great attitude. Thank you everyone for the great experience and can’t wait to get my glasses!
Worked with Beverly and she is very customer friendly and focused. She went above and beyond in order to make my customer experience excellent! She is very knowledgeable And was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses. Ask for Beverly she is awesome!
