While I was shopping for sunglasses, I interacted with one of the sales associates whose behavior was consistently rude and dismissive. Every time I asked a question, he responded in an arrogant manner that made me feel as though he wanted me to leave the store rather than assist me. I had intended to purchase a pair of sunglasses, but because of the poor customer service I received, I decided not to make the purchase and left the store instead.
