I used their service before it was closed. The glasses I got was very uncomfortable. I told them immediately I didn't like it and wanted them to redo it. They tried to persuade me to wear it for a few more days and see. They will let me return it if it still doesn't work. It was still very uncomfortable. But they didn't accept the return. Instead, they argued it must be my eye doctor's problem who might have done a poor job testing, or even if the testing is correct, my eye doctor might have incorrectly written the prescription. I did confirm with my eye doctor that everything is correct. But there were more and more reasons they used to refuse the return, such as my eye doctor could have lied. I would never go there again. As a matter of fact, I already report it to BBB.
