Have you met Garrett over at LensCrafters by the Portland, OR airport? See if you can spot him in my photos? They have a great selections of glasses to preview but even more impressive is Garrett’s attention to detail and level of customer service! He was greeting guests answering my questions and helping people in between my pauses and texts to my wife about which pair she liked. If you want the celebrity treatment, you need to stop by and tell him Jerr from State Farm sent you! He will hook you up and make sure your taken care of even if he cannot help you! He knows a guy for that, right “NICK”

The staff at this Lens Crafters are wonderful. Very nice and helpful. They have a huge selection of glasses and I'm very happy with my new set of progressive glasses and multi focus contact lenses. My eye exam was easy to schedule online and the optometrist did a great job helping me find the right contacts for my difficult eyes. I will go here for my next exam and new glasses.

Garrett and Tealy helped me pick out a few pairs of glasses and they were very attentive. They were very patient and ultimately I ended up being extremely satisfied because they made everything painless. UPDATE: My glasses didn't work out but Garrett seamlessly made it easy for me to get another pair and made it no hassle at all. I just picked up my second pair of glasses. They worked out great. I'm not normally a complaining type of person and so the fact that he went out of his way to make sure I was happy really made me appreciate the customer service that they have, especially with something as important as your eye care. It costs a little more but it's worth the customer service that you get.

I took a road trip to Hillsboro to buy a new car and side tracked to Portland on the way back but ripped my contact lens. I was not able see, to drive my new car home! I walked into this store, and their staff Garrett and Tealy stepped up, helped me locate my prescription back home and got me hooked up with a pair of lenses to get me home! I was there less than an hour. They were both absolutely amazing, super friendly and truly saved the day!!! Fantastic service! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tealy was great at helping me beyond any expectations I had. My favorite glasses broke and I couldn’t find the same model anywhere. Without me asking, she immediately offered to try to find them online and ordering them for me. She made sure I had the best deal so that also made my day better. Thanks, Tealy! I’ll be back :) hopefully for other fun pairs and not during a vision emergency!
