On a whim, I stopped into this LensCrafters location to find new frames. What an amazing experience! Great selection of frames, great atmosphere, but more than anything, the staff was happy to be there, very helpful, and invested in client satisfaction. It has been a very long time since I have experienced this level of customer service. It starts at the top with store manager Joe. His passion influences his team to be the best. My interactions with everyone there have been top notch. I would highly recommend this LensCrafters. You will not be disappointed.

Top notch service from the second you walk in the door. I just left the bloomfield location for an eye exam, I could not be happier. The store manager joe was excellent to deal with, he was extremely helpful with my frame selection. There was no pressure sales tactics used, very laid back atmosphere. Dr Janos was fantastic to deal with during the exam. The entire staff was top tier. You have an earned my future business for a very long time

I recently had my yearly checkup at this location and I really enjoyed the experience. The employees were all great to work with. They had a good variety of options and they were able to get me in and out very quickly. Patrick was especially friendly and helpful while I was trying to pick out my frames. I particularly liked the fact that while they presented me with all of my options they didn't use high pressure tactics to encourage me one way or another, which has always been an annoyance of mine. I definitely plan on having follow-up visits there! (And finally purchasing the Burberry sunglasses I had my eyes on!)

Joe was amazing ! This is my first pair of glasses ever and he was extreamly informative without being overbearing. Gave me ample time to browse and try on frames without interruption but was there at the exact right moment. He also secured me an amazing deal on my frames and lenses

Came into the store Ftiday 5/29 with my senior client who suffers from dementia the staff there were friendly knowledge and most important patient and understanding Joe the manger was so gentle and assisted us in finding frames and getting setup for exams the staff that helped with exams were just as friendly , patient and knowledge walking step by step through each process ensuring that my client understood what was happening they made the whole process seamless all within an hour . After the procedures were done they broke down the price for each service and let us know when the new frames wpuld be ready for pickup what a great experience definitely recommend this location for future eye wear needs Great Staff Great Service !!
