Everybody gripes about Luxxotica’s monopoly on the eyeglasses market. But after years of trying with the various inexpensive brands I just spent over $1,000 on three pairs of glasses at Lens Crafters and they’re all great. The lenses are better, the people in the stores are experienced professionals who have often been working there for years, and I can return the glasses for just about any reason. And I can get the same frame in many colors so I can have glasses that fit and are easy to tell apart. That’s worth the money to this half-blind nerd. I love the staff at this store. They’re friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve tried the discount brands and I always end up back here. It’s worth the premium pricing.

The team at this store is amazing! Oscar and the other associate were extremely helpful! It is my first time getting glasses, and they walked me through everything and were so patient, kind and even helped me pick out some great frames. I highly recommend this store.

Christian was extremely quick and helpful when I came in to get some lenses swapped out on a set of sunglasses I brought in and he took care of it right away without any issues. My glasses are back in action and there was no charge! He also gave me very helpful information for scheduling an eye exam. Would definitely recommend this location!

Went in to replace lenses on my sunglasses for a new prescription. Somehow its cheaper to buy a whole new pair of lenses and frames, than just replacing the lenses on perfectly usable frames that I liked. On top of that I went in after they said they were ready and there was a giant bubble in the lens of the new sunglasses that made it impossible to see out of. How this wasnt caught at the Lab or by their store employees before having me come in to pick them up is beyond me. There is no quality control. They have the highest prices in the business, and the worst quality. Now that they had to get sent back to the lab there is suddenly supply chain issues and they don't have a new date or ETA on when they expect to be able to have my new glasses in that I paid over $300 for.

My experience with the personnel at LensCrafters, and especially Chris, is that they are exceedingly patient and helpful, and they truly care about providing precisely the correct eyeglasses which are not only needed, but most specifically sought in accordance with one's individual style-preferences. They are also most attentive to applying any promotional discounts which are available as well as utilizing the full extent of what is offered by one's health insurance coverage. Therefore they certainly receive my highest recommendation.
