“I’ve been going to LensCrafters for all my glasses for a while now, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the guy who always helps me—Patrice Datus is amazing. He did three repairs for me, and his attention to detail and customer service were just impeccable. I keep coming back because it’s absolutely worth it—even if I pay a bit more, the quality and care I get are top-notch. Kudos to him!”

Kudos to Norman! He suggested frames and lenses that I really didn't think I'd like but when I picked them up today I was AMAZED and couldn't stop smiling. He explained everything thoroughly and adjusted frames that I'd purchased two years ago. Thank you Norman! I'm a very happy customer

They are listed to open at 10am but no one was here. It’s in the mall so the area is open but no one was at the counter. I waited until 10:20am and no one showed up. I ended up having to leave. Hopefully someone will be here when I come back so I can pick up the glasses we ordered.

My frame literally broke in my hand while cleaning it! It never fell! I’ve only had it for a couple months and I hardly wear it!!!! I’ve had cheaper frames that lasted longer! I’m confused. I spoke to a rep on the phone and she sounded so indifferent. She didn’t even offer any help or solution. Callous indeed! When you pay for quality, you expect some longevity of the product. I would never shop with lens crafters again and would not recommend to a soul!
