Absolutely amazing appointment with such intentional people! Kelsey James is definitely my new primary care provider she took her risk with asking questions as a new patient and gave sound advice both holistically and medically! They also have wellness physicians which one came to talk with me about the benefits they offer Ms.Angela she was very knowledgeable and sweet 10/10 experience!
The doctors and nurses are kind and respectful. I had no issues until after I left the area and needed an important document. For months, customer service kept telling me they were working on it, but nothing happened. After many repeated follow-ups, they finally sent a document, yet it still wasn’t what I requested. For a healthcare provider, this level of service is disappointing, and I don’t even want to start the process again.
They provide the most thorough exams and evaluations. I feel confident the health of my girls are a priority and everyone is so professional and helpful. We are beyond grateful for the exceptional care we continue to receive.
