Walgreens

I visited the pharmacy at Walgreens on Kirby today. The cashier was very professional and friendly. She also saved me money by using my good RX card. The store was very clean and organized.

This is one of the worst walgreens! The intentin here is to drag you inside anyway and not give service through drivethrough. and keep you waiting for your med. Once, you get emil notif that your med is ready for pickup and when you go there, you’re being told that it is not ready yet. Every time there is a reason for wait. Another time, 3 prescriptions are sent at the same time to the pharmacy by your doctor, and when you get resdy notif; this time you get there and are told that only 2 is ready out of 3. What the heck!! I am really surprised how this system works and weather awfull higher management of Walgreens know about the places like this.

I was very disappointed in my purchase of Planters Salted Cashews. They had rust and water in the lid when I opened them. I was grossed out. They acted as if it wasn't bad customer service.

Walgreens apparently is not the place for customer service at this store either. Walked in no shopping carts or baskets. I asked the cashier she simply said wr don have any. I am carring a list of items. So i walk up to her register because i see baskets. I as to use one of those basketsets. The response. We don't let customers use those baskets. So I've got a list of items and you would rather i leave. OK.

the managers are very rude at this location to the employees they work with and to the customers they serve. one assistant manager Marlinda made a customer cry, she's a evil and dirty woman and she dont know how to talk to people in general. i can tell that the head manager like her a lot to keep her around! i used to look up to this walgreens but not no more.
