Receptionist was great which is why this review is a 2 star. But this was by far one of the worst eye doctor experiences I have ever had, maybe just one of the worst medical experiences in general. The doctor was unwelcoming and honestly gave off vibes that she couldn’t care if I lived or died. During the exam she just used ChatGPT to answer all my questions right in front of my face and regurgitated information to me. I had to repeat my questions 3 times each because she was too busy reading ChatGPT to pay attention to me and she just kept re-typing more and more into it. I’d ask a new question and she would be like “yeahhh, mhmmm….sureee….wait what? can you repeat that whole question?” so she can go back and enter it again into this AI program which is now aware of my astigmatism. I could have just sat on my couch and done that myself instead of subject myself to this god forsaken “doctor”. I’m pretty sure she just ChatGPT’d her way though eye school. After this horrendous and awkward experience she just dropped me off at at the front and didn’t even say bye or thanks or anything. ChatGPT probably doesn’t teach manners or tell her to say that I guess. Thank god the receptionist was great tho, I at least got a “thanks” from her. Just absolute brutal doctor. Brutal.

Having just had my first appointment today at Lincoln Square Eyecare I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff (Gabby?) Were so great in reaching out with reminders in the days leading up to the appointment and with answering questions I had. Additionally, they were helpful in not only pinpointing the type of care I required but also in setting me up with a path for further potential treatment for my not-so-great eye. Dr.Ethezaz was patient, helpful, professional and very thorough in her examination. I've worn corrective lenses for 30 years and I can't say I've ever walked out of an optometrist/ophthalmologist office this content and honestly grateful. A couple of suggestions, however. I know gas is expensive and its 0 degrees out but maybe turn the heat up a little and also the office could use a little more flare, pizzaz interior decoration-wise, but that's all. Great office and great staff, check them out.

A queen, of welcoming facility. Friendly and professional staff with State of the Art equipment. I found three frames I liked for new EYEGLASSES. Overall, a good experience.

The staff at Lincoln Square Eyecare are very welcoming, kind, and informative. From the warm welcome walking in, to the exams itself, they help create an environment where going to the optometrist is fun and folks feel comfortable to ask questions/explore their options.
