Started off nice and cheerful but turned into one of the rudest encounters I’ve had as a customer. I don’t understand why. Unfortunately left a really bad aftertaste. Glasses are ok — frame is really pretty, lenses are ok (we/I forgot to add anti-glare which I only realized later).

Great selection, great service. I started with a well rated on-line glasses co, but those did not work. Went to Linton and now have frames that fit and are light weight, lens that are crisp & clear and don’t distort peripheral vision. I wear these glasses all day, every day. Need quality and got it!
If I could give a minus experience, I would. Went in with a screw loose in my glasses and asked if they could fix them. Instead, they made it worse. Said they couldn’t be fixed and used scotch tape to hold the glasses together. I left and came back a few days later with the intention of buying some very inexpensive frames for a temporary fix. They said they couldn’t/wouldn’t do that. Were extremely rude and wanted me to leave. Said what happened wasn’t their fault. I went somewhere else, was treated quite courteously. Oh, and they fixed the glasses in twenty minutes. I don’t recommend anyone go to Linton.
My family has been coming here for decades. They carry high quality frames with excellent service that matches. Frame are suited to a more mature tastes and those who demand quality and function over cheap trends. It's great to support a independently owned family run business as Lintons!
I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. Always get wonderful customer service and the best quality glasses. I recently had cataract surgery and went to another provider who said they work with Medicare and would give me a large discount in my glasses. A huge mistake. A combination of poor quality lenses and the wrong prescription from the optometrist in my surgeons office led to me going back to where I knew I would be able to get glasses and actually see again. I was not disappointed!
