Everyone here is friendly and willing to make your time there as comfortable as possible. Dr Mansfield is also very friendly and thorough in his exams. Very nice store as well! Clean and modern. Always a great experience at this establishment! Highly recommended!!!
Lone Oak Family Eye Care completely blew me away! Being able to schedule online was such a game-changer—it’s so rare to find a doctor’s office around here that actually makes online booking easy and efficient. I usually get crazy anxiety about going to the eye doctor because I absolutely dread the whole "which is better, 1 or 2?" part, but Dr. Bugg and the entire team were incredible and made the whole process so comfortable. PLUS, zero puffs of air to the eye! 🙌 To top it off, they knew exactly how to handle my husband’s union insurance paperwork without missing a beat. Hands down 5 stars—so thankful to have found them! 💜
My first time visit with Dr Mansfield was excellent. He took his time to understand my eye problems. He didn’t rush through the exam, making sure he got the correct vision results for my new glasses. He also has an outstanding front office. They are friendly and efficient. I’m so glad my daughter recommended Dr Mansfield to me.
I have been seeing Dr. Mansfield for several years for my yearly eye exam. Everything is explained fully and all questions answered. I never wait but just a couple of minutes after my paperwork is turned in to be seen. He and all of his employees are very nice and courteous.
Dr Mansfield got me in right away when I thought I had a ripped piece of contact lodged in my eye. After a thorough exam he didn’t see a piece in my eye and sent me on my way with a new contact. The staff is always very friendly and treats you respectfully. Thank you Lone Oak Family Eye Clinic for taking such great care of me.
