Great customer service is the minimum anyone should say. From the greeting at front desk, the preliminaries by the same person who was very nice, the doctor was very professional, quick, and efficient, plus the lady who helped me in the frames section had great patience and multitasking skills. AND THEY HAVE A $75 FRAME SECTION 👀 I love to see businesses do well. They were in past closing time with me and another customer on a Monday and everyone still seemed more happy than me and I left work early. I’ll definitely continue and refer people right here up Atlantic to the Long Beach optometric group 🫡

I visited to get glasses for the first time and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They let me know about the tests they recommended and explained why. We also had a thorough walkthrough of everything my insurance covered and didn't cover which was very usedul and I will be coming back!

This is not only the best optometrist I’ve ever been to, but the best business I’ve ever visited in general. They always greet me by name, even though I only come in approximately once a year. Matt at the front desk is so incredibly kind, personable and always makes me feel welcome. Dr. Yamamoto is very thorough in his examinations, ensuring that I get the most accurate prescription possible and best comfort with my lenses. He is very open and receptive to any questions I might have. I moved recently, but I still happily make the drive over for my yearly exams. I leave every visit with a smile on my face. Truly amazing team and service, they go above and beyond

I have all positive things to share about this optometrist office crew including the Optometrist, Dr. Shawn Yamamoto. I always have a really wonderful experience and service each time. Everyone (Matt and Veronica ) is very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Thank you so much!

I genuinely love Long Beach Optometric Group. Professional, warm, and actually organized. The exam was detailed, they answered my questions without rushing, and I left feeling confident about my eye health. Ten out of ten.
