Great service, shop local! A very positive & cordial Emari took great care of me. After quoting a price she searched my new Medicare provider cutting my out-of-pocket $ by $160! You may not find those savings but I am guessing you'll get the same great service.

I stopped in just to look at frames and had a fantastic experience. Elizabeth answered my many questions and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good customer experience.
I did my eye appointment to get new contacts back in November '25. Jonathan Szczerba was my eye doctor for that appointment and I have only good things to say. He took the time to understand how I wore my contacts and helped me to make an informed decision on what type and brand to select. He took extra care to make sure I was fitted correctly and also made sure all my questions were addressed. He is a fantastic eye doctor and I will definitely be returning.
Second year in a row as a customer won’t be a 3rd. 1st year chalked it up to my eyes getting old. Second year the prescription they gave me for contacts was WORSE. I couldn’t see a thing. Went back to my prescription from year prior it’s a little better. Two years in a row my script has change but it doesn’t make me see any better. I’m wearing my glasses from 3 years ago from my old doctor who I’ll be returning back to. I had 1 maybe 2 prescription changes at my old eye doctor over a 15 year span. Also, I requested blue light filter lenses. They totally missed putting that in my new lenses but I was too irritated to go back.
Went today to get my daughters glasses adjusted because we live close by. First thing out of her mouth is we might break them, and we're not responsible. Okay, not the best thing to say when you're in the business of customer service but I let her work on the glasses anyway. She then pulls out a pair of pliers, and I ask her, will that mess up the finish? She says it might, I told her just stop and we left. I don't understand how someone can be so oblivious?! If I could give a negative star rating I would. Do not go here, find a different place for your glasses! I went back to New Haven optical, where we bought her glasses, and the customer service is a thousand times better than this place! If you want great customer service and an awesome eye doctor, go to New Haven Optical!
