Longe Optical - Pine Valley

I cannot say enough great things about this office. I have four children, three of whom I take here regularly and the staff are always so kind, patient, and efficient. I am always impressed every time I visit , and I have been in the office frequently over the last 3 years for appts or repair of glasses. The optometrist and staff are phenomenal.

I went in to get my glasses I got online from another retailer adjusted and the lady who helped me was wonderful. My glasses fit so much better. The lady who helped me was so polite and got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I wish I'd gotten her name to add to this review.

Eyes on pet event by the employee volunteers were so amazing! Two employees were welcoming me upon entry. I tried on 9-10 glasses, and I was checked in a couple times! There was respect and kindness overall. Everyone was in great spirits, and helpful to customers. I was able to get the $399 glasses with the $150 blue tint during the 50% sale for ~$415

Great customer service! There was a computer error with our appointments, but the team was helpful, patient, and prompt regardless. They were upfront with pricing as well. Thanks, Pine Valley team.

The people there were amazing especially Aubrey she made my son that’s 4 years old first time wearing glasses feel soo welcomed and confident with his new glasses she was just soo amazing. Love her give that women a raise.
