Outstanding customer service and an overall thorough, friendly experience! From the moment we walked in, Ashlee and Merysa at the front desk made us feel welcome. They were warm, efficient, and knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations on glasses while getting both my daughter and me checked in quickly and seamlessly. Dr. S was kind, thorough, and made our appointments comfortable and efficient. I especially appreciated that our appointment times were overlapped, allowing me to stay with my daughter throughout her exam while still making the visit convenient and effective for both of us. From start to finish, the entire team provided excellent care and customer service. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this office! Highly recommend Low Country Eye!

My husband and I are so impressed with the quality and expertise of Low Country Eye Care in Richmond Hill. Dr. Tim Hendricks is exceptional, friendly and so professional. Syan is so kind and thorough with the testing that is needed. Hats off to Hope as well! We have been patients for over a year now and are very happy!

Great location in Richmond Hill, sweet and welcoming staff. Wonderful doctor with nice office. Only reason I am giving a 4 is because we scheduled as a new patient. The scheduling department didn’t explain extra charges I would be responsible for when scheduling my appt. We are military and new to the area. So we were shocked to find out there was a charge and higher copay than other offices (never paid a charge for first time eye exam for our children) we had been to. No fault of the office as they didn’t schedule the appt because there are multiple office locations.

Dr. Todd S is hands down the best eye doctor. He always makes my daughter feel at ease, he’s thorough and extremely honest, and he provides what is best for his patients! Stefany in the glasses department is caring and thorough as well. She was also very patient with my daughter choosing her best fit. Front desk staff is always pleasent.

What a wonderful experience! I brought my five-year-old with me to an appointment, and the girl at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. Hope and Stephanie were so patient and helpful with my daughter — she’s very curious and asks lots of questions! The doctor was fantastic with her as well, taking the time to be gentle, engaging, and patient. She was also extremely knowledgeable and even turned the visit into a fun learning experience by giving my little one a science lesson about the anatomy of the eye!
