The doctor and the ladies in the front were super patient with us and our many questions back and forth. You have 2 hours to get used to trying contacts for the first time. They have a full set of machines to check, even the retina! Great team. You can’t go wrong with them.
I visited Costco’s optometry department to order contact lenses, and Jasmine was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything quick and easy. Her customer service truly stood out, and I’ll definitely be coming back specifically because of her. Highly recommend. I had a wonderful experience here today on Christmas Eve! I'm in town for my sister’s wedding and realized I didn't have enough contacts for the trip. Despite how busy it was, the staff at the optometrist’s office went above and beyond to provide me with sample contacts so I’d be all set for the big day. They were so kind and made me feel genuinely cared for during a hectic holiday rush. Thank you for the amazing service!
