The staff is always friendly and usually wearing a smile. I like the way they don't make you wait in the lobby for hours like some do. They take you in within a few minutes after your appointment time and in one case I arrived an hour early and they took me in about 30 minutes before my appointment. I like it when people realize that your time is just important as theirs. They are always very courteous and very professional. I haven't had my surgery yet but I feel good about it. I'll try and let you know how it went.

Entirely professional. The staff were extremely accommodating and professional, compassionate and striving to make the experience comfortable and affirming. Dr. James Lusk's manner was confident, approachable and skilled. I felt at ease every step of the way. The postoperative results were excellent thank you so much .

Disappointed from the start with over 40 minute wait for my scheduled appointment. And absolutely no apologies on their part. Routine eye exam did not include glaucoma screening. Trial lenses deal was a scam to get additional money without reason and should be eliminated. You didn’t even give me a lens with the appropriate Rx.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and kind. They are very efficient the way a patient goes from test to test with no waiting between tests. Dr. Bryan Lusk has done 2 surgeries on my eyes and my vision is so much better. I would encourage anyone with any kind of eye issue to visit Dr. Lusk. He can fix you up.

I had cataract surgery 5.18.26, upgraded to TECNIS PureSee Model DEN00V. I can see great & having no issues. Now for the left eye next. Bryan Lusk and his crew are wonderful, nice people, felt at ease the entire time. I highly recommend them.
