Popped in here to get my glasses adjusted and had such a genuinely great experience. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient, and I was honestly surprised by how much care they put into something that could’ve easily been treated like a quick little walk-in situation. She stopped what she was doing to help me, knew exactly what needed to be fixed, and had everything sitting right again super fast. The whole thing felt easy, professional, and just really welcoming. You can tell they actually care about people here, not just the transaction. If you need an optician on the Upper West Side, this is the kind of place that makes you want to come back and recommend them to other people.
