Great experience from checking in at the front desk to checking out! Front desk ladies were so friendly and welcoming. The tech who took me back was so sweet. The Dr. was very thorough and detailed. The opticians were so helpful with helping me pick out my new glasses. Very pleased! 5 stars!!!

I needed to update my prescription and I enjoyed my experience here. The clinic is clean, well managed, streamlined and the team had great customer service. I had an appointment on Saturday (love that they’re open on Saturday!) and had minimal wait time. Everyone is friendly, and the medical assistance had a very pleasant demeanor and knew her stuff. The optician offered up great frame suggestions that were best suited for me, and I appreciate his patience as I tried on their wide selection of frames. Glasses were delivered in the expected time frame.
I always receive great service at Macali. The doctors are very thorough, the techs are so detail oriented and Carlos is wonderful. We have been patients for many years, and Carlos has been a constant presence in the office and our visits. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. He truly has become like family.
When I started wearing glasses I didn’t necessarily like it until I came to Macali the staff is amazing the dr gave me all the information I needed to understand why I needed glasses. Carlos is one of the staff and Liz just to name a few. I’m now a loyal satisfied client. Thanks guys for the great support
