All the staff puts you at ease immediately.Their kindness and cheerfulness is exceptional. They attend to your needs with precision and accuracy. All is done with care and very professionally.They even put a warmed blanket over you while you await your procedure! Incredible experience! And of course Dr.Prinz Mack is an outstanding optometrist who has a pleasant demeanor and caring attitude .In addition, he excels in his area of expertise. My thanks to all from the bottom of my heart!

From my initial consultation through my cataract surgery I was very pleased. Dr Mack is awesome, the staff is helpful and friendly.

Usual good experience. My appointment started right on time -I had barely sat down in the waiting room and I was brought in. The staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Dr Mack is great - explaining issues, concerns and discusses treatment options. I am a long time patient and have always been well cared for.
