This is the best optical shop in NYC. I've been coming here for years to see Dr. Chin and her team. She's a fantastic doctor, super patient, and very caring. Her whole team is professional and lovely. This time Tzefung helped me with my frames and he was so personable and kind. They really know their stuff in terms of what suits your individual style and they have a huge selection to choose from. I really can't recommend them enough. I'm moving out of state and fully intend to remain a patient and customer when I'm in NYC. Thank you for all you do!

She took the time to explain in detail and cared enough to correct the prescription I had just gotten from another optometrist I didn’t even realize was wrong. Thanks to her, I now finally have the most accurate prescription lenses in a while. I highly recommend this place for eyewear needs.

Suifan, Dr. Chen, and the other staff were exceptionally patient. My family and I picked up four pairs of glasses, not feeling rushed at all. They allowed us to try as many pairs as we wanted until we found our style. I highly recommend checking this place out
