I would not trust this place based on my experience. I was initially told they had no frames fully covered by my insurance. I called my insurance company, and they told me that if the store accepted my plan, it was required to offer at least some fully covered frames. I went back and said I only wanted my prescription because I no longer wished to purchase glasses there. I was told there would be no refund. After I said I planned to file a complaint with my insurance company, a case of fully covered frames was brought out from a drawer. I was then refunded for the frames I had originally selected, after previously being told that the least expensive frames were around $200 and that they did not carry any covered options. I still ended up buying lenses from them, which I regret because I didn't feel comfortable after that experience. I knew what they tried to do. This happened months ago, and I still think about it whenever I walk by. Response to corporate reply: I appreciate the response, but my review accurately reflects my experience. The receptionist was unnecessarily rude and defensive from the start and immediately said I would have to pay for another measurement. Regardless of the office's policy on retaining PD measurements, there was no reason for such a simple question to be handled that way. I would not expect a business to publicly admit wrongdoing in a review response, but a generic statement about “clear communication and trust” does not address the specific events I described. I hope the company takes the opportunity to better train its customer service staff so future patients are treated professionally and given accurate information about their coverage.

i always have a good experience at this cohens location. the employees are nice and welcoming. Nico helped me choose glasses around a month ago, and he was super helpful and kind. even though i’m quite picky with frames and sometimes feel annoying, he didn’t make me feel bad at all and even gave great advice. awesome customer service. i plan to stay with cohens for a while. thank you again, Nico!
I bought in some 1980s vintage Carrera sunglasses that I recently bought at a flea market in Europe to be adjusted and Millie worked absolute magic on them! I can't believe how well they fit now. I'm so grateful I popped into Cohen's to help me with this and can't wait to wear them around town. Thank you Millie!
This place was amazing the machinery is very modern and the doctor was very knowledgeable. The front staff both reception and the assistant that helped my son with getting his contacts super amazing. They are very professional, I had to take a business card I’m referring everyone to this clinic.
Avoid this place. I ordered a frame and was told it would be ready in 10 days and it was a big mistake. After a full month, they called to say the frame was out of stock. When I asked for a refund, they started ghosting me. I dealt directly with Nico - every call turns into being put on hold, told the manager isn’t available, or “it’s not up to us.” This has gone on for weeks with no refund. On top of that, the staff is rude and dismissive. This place appears to order frames online for about 1/3 of the price and resell them with zero service or accountability. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Do not go here unless you want to get robbed. Check their BBB reviews before you want to do any business with them.
