Each time I enter Maple Grove EYE Clinic, I am warmly greeted by the staff. When going through the testing process, I am given information and instruction as to each test, allowing me to be informed and relax. Dr McAdams is a kind soul. He always takes the time to listen and hear any problems I am experiencing. I know the care I am receiving is absolutely the best and I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
I really appreciate Dr McAdams and his staff. I accidentally arrived a day early for my appointment. I was needing a retest on a recent eye exam. The front desk took my chart back to Dr McAdams, in minutes she returned saying, "they are able to go ahead and see you today". The exam was not rushed, staff were very polite, and I was finished. I had inconvenienced them and they were so kind. I met them following an auto accident in 2024, and have been seen about every six months due to my continuing vision changes. Dr McAdams is very thorough, informative and committed to the services he offers. Thank you Maple Grove Eye Care Providers and Staff.
The staff was very friendly and they open earlier than most other eye care professionals. My appointment was 7:30am. Dr. Josh was friendly and helpful.
