I am traveling for work and realized I forgot to pack my contacts. I dropped in to Walmart on Overland to beg for help. Danijela Matrak was busy preparing for the day, but stopped to help me 30 minutes before they even open! She helped me communicate what was needed from my eye doctor at home in order for her to give me a sample contact to get me through the day! He willing ness to help was so appreciated and I can see again!!

Daniella at the Walmart Vision Center on Overland Rd in Boise Idaho was so helpful. She is such a nice person, she did not get annoyed at all with all the glasses I tried on that she would have to then clean and put back on the shelf, she’s a pro! Christine was very helpful when my glasses arrived with adjusting them. I would highly recommend Walmart Vision here. There is also a good choice of many frames.

I've gone to Dr. Hamerl several times in the past, & I appreciated his thoroughness. Today I got a call saying that they couldn't see me because my insurance doesn't have "out-of-network benefits"! I talked with the person who made my appointment yesterday, & she said they would just bill what my insurance didn't cover, & I was fine with that. Now, they can't see me, & what irks me the most is that the lady I talked to today was strident in manner, & didn't even apologize for THEIR mistake! Seems like that should have been a no-brainer-😠.

Fell and broke my glasses rock hunting, thankfully the people at this optical shop are top notch and took care of my needs. Very nice people, felt like I was at my home store. Not 3000 miles away. Thank you.

The manager of this optical center waited on me. She was very professional and helpful. She was patient as I was having a hard time with my insurance. This store has the best selection of frames and the prices are excellent. I have already referred others to this store for glasses. I will be back when I need glasses again.
