Kudos to the staff and doctors I wouldn’t change a thing. Their training and teamwork was spot on. They all deserve a raise. Eye proswill be my chosen place to have an exam From this day forward. I was lucky and got the same day appointment as I’m having knee surgery Monday.
Kyle was the one that helped me pick out my glasses today and he was fantastic! This was my first ever time getting glasses and he made the experience one to remember he made my experience very comfortable and not scary at all! He was very enjoyable to be around and will definitely be going back if I need anything!
I love this place. I have been coming here for 15 years and everything is always easy-peasy. They’re always prepared, they know what my insurance will cover before I even do, and they are never running behind. The docs I meet with are always congenial and offer the greatest new things [multi-focal contacts. What?]! The folks on the glasses side are so caring and diligent, too, if you need glasses.
Eye Pros has greatly improved their customer service from the last 2 years I was there. I got mixed messages from staff and incomplete answers to my questions then. This time they were much more efficient, professional, and communicated with each other, Dr. Robison, and me effectively. They do need to schedule extra time for contacts especially when it's an additional $50, but they were willing to make another appt. for no charge. Second appt. was fabulous!
Can't say enough about all the doctors that were there. They're beyond amazing. They have helped save my vision for well. Over twenty years now, the prices are beyond affordable. Especially with the high quality care that they provide can't recommend it enough
