Optometry side is good! They like to push corrective surgery, but some people like their glasses… The eyeglass side Is OK depending on who you get; Ordered glasses with one gentleman - Great experience. Picked up my glasses And a lady helped me — Very cold, Like it was a huge inconvenience I was picking up my glasses.

I came into the store in full panic mode because my prescription glasses had literally fallen apart. I’m extremely blind without them, so I was pretty stressed. Drew completely saved the day! He tightened everything up, fixed my nose pads, and somehow made my glasses feel even better than they did before. On top of that, he had an awesome attitude, even though it was obvious he was having a busy day. He was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. Drew is an absolute hero, and because of the experience he gave me, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. 100/100 recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Drew!

I walked into LensCrafters needing help with a pair of glasses that had broken frames. Drew immediately stepped in and took the time to look at both my damaged pair and another set I had with matching (but intact) frames. He confidently let me know he could help, asked for a few minutes, and shortly returned with the frames successfully swapped and at no charge! The level of service and kindness truly stood out. The team here is knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely focused on helping their customers. I highly recommend stopping in if you have any questions or issues with your glasses, they really go above and beyond ❤️. Thank you again Drew!

It was my first time ever coming to these facilities and Cindy made me feel right about their. I was actually upset about a personal situation and upset that Eye Mart Express sent me there. But Cindy was extremely supportive and helpful and she should be commended for her service rendered. I guess I am officially a customer of hers. You can expect me back for all my eye wear needs for now and the future. Thank You…Ms. Cindy deserves a raise…

I went into the store today to simply have the screw in the corner of my frame tightened. Store employee "Cas" said that no, that couldn't be done because the type of frame. He was yawning and quite distinterested in our conversation. I asked him what the workaround was to solve the problem. He said "well, you can order a new frame if you want." I said that the frames are 7 months old. He sort of shrugged his shoulders and told me that was all he could do. This is a far different experience from the excellent service received from store manager Cindy Allen back in January when I received the frames.
