Love this place. From the time I scheduled my first eye exam to yesterday when I ordered my second pair of glasses, everything has been seamless and easy. Even though I didn't speak directly with the optometrist yesterday, I could hear him interacting with other patients, and it immediately reminded me of my first exam. He has a great sense of humor, is knowledgeable, and gets right to the point. The same young woman who helped me yesterday has been helping me since the very beginning. She helped me find the perfect frames for my first pair of glasses and was just as helpful when choosing the pair I recently ordered. The customer service here has been consistently excellent since the first interaction.

The customer service was amazing! Every employee was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They consistently checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff was also very honest and knowledgeable when it came to our glasses, which made me feel confident in my purchase and is a big reason I chose to come back. What truly made my experience stand out was that the employee who helped with my measurements and payment actually remembered me and my family. I was genuinely surprised since it’s been about a year, but she recognized us right away and made us feel valued. Overall, the staff really focused on what we needed rather than trying to upsell or push extra costs. Because of their care and professionalism, I’ll happily continue coming back year after year!

The eye doctor is AMAZING. He explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it. He was kind, funny, and had an overall happy demeanor. I could not recommend him more. The front office staff were also kind, helpful, and happy to assist. If you're looking for somewhere that makes you feel welcome, this is it!

BEST EYE EXPERIENCE EVER! The doctor on sight was AMAZING! Explained everything about what we were doing, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The gals who assist in picking glasses and that process were also very friendly and helpful. I won't go anywhere else now.

Skyler and Kathy were great! Came in on a Saturday and they were patient and answered all the questions I had. They explained all of my benefits I had available and lens options to make my glasses buying an incredible experience! Tons of options too! Thanks!
