They were so helpful!! We were traveling out of state and my husband forgot his solution for his hard scleral lens. The ladies in this office were so helpful getting us what we needed in an emergency! Very thankful and so kind.
This is by far the best eye doctor I have ever seen ! I had a slight emergency the night before when I got something in my eye and I couldn’t get it out for hours . The next morning my eye was super red and swollen so I called this office and the receptionist was so sympathetic and professional . They got me in right away and scheduled me With Dr.Silverstone . He was extremely ! Polite , kind , professional and knowledgeable . The whole office is amazing and made me feel very comfortable . “Eye” am so happy I found them !!! If you are in the area and need an eye doctor look no further !
I would not recommend this place for glasses. I had a very unfriendly and unprofessional experience there today. The process was not explained properly when I ordered the glasses. I can’t see well with this new glasses and they said that I’m stuck with them, because I ordered them and paid for them.
I recommend Marciano Family Vision to any individual or any family. The receptionist was outstanding, patient and knowledgeable about what was and what wasn't covered by my insurance. The Dr. was simply wonderful, she provide a thorough exam and took extra time to explain the findings and answered all of my questions on each the meanings of each result from the exam. The entire staff and all the professionals were courteous, friendly, and they all provided exceptional service. It was easy to notice there was a "team effort attitude present" in the office and that everyone genuinely enjoyed working at Marciano Family Vision Associates. They have my highest possible recommendation! Michael
I saw Dr. Marciano at the North Palm Beach office as a new client this week and had a great experience. The office was easy to find, clean and staff very helpful. For a first visit, my appointment lasted about 1.5 hours and that included being fit for a new set of frames. The frame selection is extensive and staff is knowledgeable to help assist when making a selection. The only reason I rated 4/5 stars vs 5/5 is because it took me weeks to get an appointment. Their schedule fills quickly, so if you are in a hurry it could be problematic to get an appointment. Overall, great experience and will refer to others.
