Not a huge fan of Walmart but was impressed by the professional attitudes and very helpful staff at the eye care center.. Dr there knows his stuff and the ladies who perform the pre test exams were accommodating couldn't ask for any better service Thank you...
Not happy. Brought glasses I purchased there for adjustment, she heated the plastic frames/ lenses. The heating damaged my lenses, and the best they would offer was a 20% discount on the purchase of new lenses! I wasn't planning on new lenses, and the damage was caused by the heating process...very unhappy and will never be back, nor recommend WM optical to anyone, EVER!!!
Doctor was honest and frank. The technician, Brooke went above and beyond to help me and explain things. I would recommend highly
Not happy at all!!!!! I bought glasses 6 months ago. Got the reflective glare put on,and now it's coming off, I can't see through my glasses. Only come to find out from a different vision center that they should have told me I need a different lenses to go with that reflective protection that I got put on my glasses That's why it's wearing off not happy with this Manitowoc vision care at all because I was never told that I need a different lenses. Doesn't help when I CANT SEE AT ALL NOW. THANKS VISION CENTER🤬🤬
I originally was going to Aurora. Switched to shopko because they take my insurance. Had an eye exam at Shopko and specifically asked for help finding frames and they sat on their lazy butts and refused to help me. Went to Walmart right after to do some shopping and decided to randomly stop in. The lady working was super nice! Super helpful. I said I wanted something that had a heavier frame. I don't like the light airy ones because they move around on my face to much and causes me a sensory overload. She was more the happy to find me a few options that were heavier. Out of the 4 she pulled I loved one. Went ahead and purchased those right away. That same day prior my son had glasses ordered at Shopko optical. My glasses came in a week earlier than his. Wasn't expecting them to be done so quickly. Idk why there's other bad reviews on here but my experience at Walmart was 10x better than Shopko. (Shrug)
