Theresa was amazing! She took the time to listen and understand what I needed/wanted. She helped me get the most out of my insurance benefits too! I will definitely always go to the Manitowoc location, the staff is friendlier and more knowledgeable than the location I went to in the past.

Lady at front desk was rude the second she started talking after I called and verified everything with her. Then when we get going and find a new frame she went and changed the lenses in new frame she broke off the nose piece and said here use these until the new frame comes in in a couple days. I told her no and put lens back in old frames until new one comes in. She did and said maybe a couple days they will be in and that the will call me (with attitude) then I left
I have positive experiences with Shopko Optical, and am a patient since they were within the Shopko Plaza store, so many years ago. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff!
I wouldn't reccomend going to this place they have been nothing but rude. I went there for an eye appointment and I had two front desk women team up on me and kept talking over me when I was trying to tell them I changed my insurance and the other one is not used no more. and they wouldn't hear me. Needless to say they've lost a long time customer. They treat their customers very poorly. 10/10 don't reccommend going to that place ever!
