Gorgeous office and the nicest staff and doctors! I have always seen Dr. Branon or Dr. Carol Ann but I saw Dr. Cortes this time and he was great! I can see so well out of my new glasses and contacts! They go above and beyond with technology and testing. I didn’t have to have my eye dilated, which I love! Ty was so great with helping me pick out new frames and showed me how to get the most out of my insurance and save money on my contacts. I recommend Marsh to all my friends and family and would never think about going anywhere else.
My husband and I have been clients for over 5 years. I recently got new reading glasses and I noticed that I would get nausea every time I wear them. I was absolutely fine with the pair I got from them last year. Instead of being concerned that they may have prescribed too strong of a prescription, they wanted me to come in and charge me for a new exam because I missed the 3 month deadline. We will never go here again. They are overpriced but we were okay paying a premium but not for lousy customer service.
When my right eye felt like it had something in it, but neither I nor my wife could find anything, I went to Marsh Eye Center. Within 10 minutes Dr. Russo saw me. She then found a small light colored eyelash that had bent backward from my eyelid into my eye and removed it. She prescribed an antibiotic cream to ensure no infection, and I was on my way -- with no more pain in my eye. Great client service by the staff and Dr. Russo!
I want to start by saying that the eye doctor (Carol Marsh) was absolutely excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during the exam. I felt well taken care of, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. I truly appreciate the quality of care provided. Unfortunately, my experience today 03/03/2026 when I called at 5:17pm with the office customer service team was completely different. I was told that a warranty replacement for my lenses could take up to a month to be ready, when I was originally informed it would take no more than two weeks. The explanation given felt dismissive and unprofessional. When you are dealing with something as important as vision, a month wait for a warranty replacement is simply unacceptable. The doctor deserves five stars. The customer service and warranty handling process, however, need serious improvement. Better communication, clearer expectations, and more accountability would make a big difference.
