Marvin Howell, OD and Associates

I made an appointment with Dr Marvin Howell for 10:40am today (Saturday), I have been seeing him for the past few years. There were dozen (yes I counted them ) contact’s made via text messages, emails and a phone call reminding me about my Saturday 10:40 am appointment. How ironic is that I keep my end of the promise and check in at 10:37 am and the doctor doesn’t even see me till 11:50 am! Further I am being seen by another doctor not dr Howell. You make a dozen contacts to remind me about the appointment, not once you could mention that Dr Howell wasn’t going to be in the office and I am seeing someone else. And on top of that no one in the office has courtesy to say even once that we are sorry for your wait. An annual eye check up is a commodity and if you can’t value my time I don’t think you deserve my business.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Howell during my recent optometry appointment. Dr. Howell was not only highly knowledgeable but also very patient and thorough in explaining every aspect of my eye health and vision. The office staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole visit pleasant from start to finish. I especially appreciated Dr. Howell's attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions, which left me feeling confident in the care I received. We were patients of Dr. Kasik for 2 decades and when he retired, Dr. Howell took over the practice. Of course, one is always skeptical when comfortable with their provider for so long. Dr. Howell is a perfect fit. We have been seeing him for many years now. He is compassionate, friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have many eye challenges and Dr. Howell has been able to attend to all. A year and a half ago, I had cataract surgery at Omni Eye ( Dr. Yadgarov is wonderful). Dr. Howell is affiliated with them so I was able to have all my follow ups through him saving me a lot of commute time. His office staff is awesome as well from the front desk check in, to insurance claim check, to the preliminary eye tests. Thank you all for your wonderful services.
