Very happy with Visionworks. From the manager Danny to eye doctors and staff, everyone has been helpful and friendly and wait time has been next to zero. I’ve been there three times and all three experiences have been great. So grateful I made the switch 👍 👍 Highly recommend I wanted to mention how helpful and kind Nancy was in assisting me with my eye glass purchase. And how thorough and also kind the eye doctors were in their exams.
Had to find a place that took our insurance. Wasn't happy about a place we went in the mall. So we decided to try Visionworks. I had Nancy, who was so helpful and did a wonderful job helping me with my prescription and new glasses. Had to go back, I decided I wanted my sunglasses to be progressive lenses. Rhonda helped me with that. Rhonda was so helpful and helped us understand the cost of switching to progressive lens. She broke it all down for us. Thank you Rhonda and Nancy we appreciate all your help.
I had a very positive experience at Vision Works. I had an excellent eye exam by a skilled professional who really listened to me and explained things to me. Lou helped me pick out glasses. I really appreciated her time and attention and her opinions about what frames looked good on me. Overall I was very impressed with Vision Works and would recommend them to friends and family.
Monday April 27th , 10 am appointment. I show up to be told there was no Dr on duty with NO CANCELATION NOTICE Tuesday May 12th , 11am appointment- at least received a call to cancel due to AGAIN no Dr on Duty. Was told I'd receive a call back to reschedule. Kindly LOSE MY NUMBER. Not only are you losing 1 patient/ customer, you are losing 3. Our family just started at your practice.
