My experience at MedStar Washington Hospital Center was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived for open heart surgery through my recovery and discharge, every doctor, nurse, and staff member treated me with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. Dr. Cohen was absolutely amazing. His knowledge, confidence, and ability to explain everything clearly gave me complete trust and peace of mind throughout the entire process. I truly felt I was in the best hands possible. The nurses and support staff were equally incredible. They constantly checked on me, made sure I was comfortable, encouraged me during recovery, and treated me like family every step of the way. Their attention, kindness, and teamwork made a difficult experience so much easier. Because of the outstanding care I received, I was discharged earlier than expected and was able to begin my road back to regular activities sooner than I imagined. I’m deeply grateful to everyone at MedStar Washington Hospital Center for helping me through one of the biggest moments of my life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I had great experience delivering my first baby 2 years ago at this Hospital I still think about it until now. Stuff were very kind, patient and supportive. Nurses that were taking care of me were so so nice and professional. I was not scared or worried. They took good care of my baby while I was asleep and come to check on me every often. I am truly greatful for all of you that work here because it is a team effort!
