Dr. Nephew is great! She introduced me to multifocal contacts some years ago which greatly improved my quality of life. Later she diagnosed my cataracts and referred me to a specialist. She is very professional, cares about her patients and is extremely friendly. She continues to help me get the best and newest eye care.

Dr. Nephew is awesome. The receptionist is terrible. Not pleasant over the phone. I had to call to follow-up with my contact prescription. She sent me the wrong prescription and when I requested the correct one I still have not heard back. I will not go back to Dr. Nephew just because of the receptionist.

I’m sure Dr. Nephew is great. But her receptionist is going to cause her to lose patients. I called to reschedule an appointment my job made for me and she was absolutely horrendous! Not professional, rude customer service. I canceled the appointment all together. Finding another clinic.

Dr. Nephew was awesome! It took all of 20 mins to fill out paper worker, conduct my visit, and checkout today! She was professional and knowledgeable.This is helpful when you have a job and need to be in and out. I will be back!
