Midwest Eye Associates

I had a great experience at Midwest Eye Associates today. I came in with an eye infection and was seen by Carli, who was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. She took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I understood the treatment plan before I left. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend Carli and the whole team at Midwest Eye Associates!

The staff here is so great working with my kids. It is amazing how they juggle doing exams for 2 little ones and myself all back to back. They even offered the kids things to do while I was having my exam done.

My wife, 4 year old daughter and myself all come here. Everybody at Midwest is great, and particularly wonderful with our daughter. She is excited to come see Dr. Hayes for her visits and talks about it for weeks after!

Dr Hayes is great. She is always pleasant and cheerful. Does a thorough examination, takes time when you have an issue as I did today. I appreciate her professionalism. All of the staff were also very professional

New customer. The ladies at the front desk were very nice when I walked in. The young lady who did all of my tests was really great and explained everything as we went. The doctor was super nice. Being diabetic it's important they know what issues to discuss and explain. The Doc did all of that and more. Did not feel rushed to move along and I really liked that. Had a guy give me hand wit new glasses and saved me a few bucks by letting me keep my existing sunglasses and just having the lenses changed out. They have me as a customer for good! Thanks everyone for making my first visit a great one. PS I'm picky so making me feel that good about the people and their service is not easy to do.
