I placed my appointment three weeks ahead of time. They were dutiful about reminding me of my appointment at the appropriate times. My eye exam and search for the right glasses went very smoothly. Dr. Abby was pleasant, as always, and the supporting staff was extremely joyful and happy to help. I explained that I was on a tight timeframe re: the pick up of my new glasses and if they could call me as soon as they came in. Turns out they came in a week early, and I was able to pick them up before I left town. They were extremely helpful and the whole process from start to finish was very easy and enjoyable. Five stars!

Do not go here. For one, the office is dirty, two the customer service is absolutely awful. I took my son here for an eye exam for contacts. When I arrived they were just going to do a glasses prescription so I had to let them know that I had booked a contact exam. After that was finished I was charged $80. They didn't have his prescription in stock and told me after the fact that they would not release his contact prescription unless he did a fitting class which I would have to come back for. I scheduled a fitting class which they are not very flexible about at all. Came in that day and he sat down with Charlotte Moran and she began trying to instruct him. Now, I'm a contacts wearer, and have been since I was a kid. The way she was instructing him was terrible. He failed to get them in time and time again. After an hour, I knew he had to be extremely exhausted and I approached to see if I could help. The "instructor" immediately looked irritated that I walked over. She was very rude. My son was frustrated and we left. They would not release his contact prescription, only glasses. They also refused to transfer his prescription elsewhere. It took months for me to reschedule. I went in today and they told me that because it had been over 60 days since we were in, I'd have to pay a $50 fee and have his eyes refitted before they could do their "training". I was not made aware of this prior to coming in. Again it was the Charlotte Moran person. I refused and asked to speak with a manager. I was told no manager was on duty. Then she had to leave the room to call an "interim manager" which I recognized as the voice of the lady that answers the phone at their call center when you attempt to call the office. A true example of poor customer service.
The dr was nice, the customer service of the girl in the front who tries to sell you glasses was horrible. She told me the glasses for my kids would be free with the insurance and then at the very end told me I had to buy specialty lenses per there policy which would make them not free (and the price for 1 pair of their glasses was more expensive then what I paid for 3 pairs of glasses for my kids online) Once I told her I’d rather just have my kids prescription and order glasses online she got so rude. She kept telling me she doesn’t recommend that and that online they can’t measure you. And I asked her “aren’t you measuring them right now?” And she didn’t want to write down the measurements for me to have, I had to ask her for them. And as I was leaving I told her to have a good day and she didn’t say one word to me. It’s like if you choose not to buy glasses through them then you get treated poorly. I definitely won’t be taking my kids here anymore.
I had a spark hit me in the eye under my safety glasses while cutting metal, I went up there within the hour, they got me in quick and checked out my eye. Luckily there was no metal embedded and only a slight burn. Thank you again for getting me in so quickly and taking the time to look at my eye.
I was scheduled for an appointment on Saturday, March 7, and received several text blasts, as well as an email about showing up 10 minutes early. Not only did I show up early, they were closed and I never got notified of their closing. Once I arrived I saw the notice posted on their door. Customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this business at all.
