I always have a good experience at Regional Eyecare. The check-in process is efficient, and once completed I had barely gotten in a seat in the waiting room when I was called back. Testing done, Dr. Voss entered the exam room in less than 5 minutes. Thorough testing, review my pictures, gave me exam results and we were done! Quick stop at the front to pay my bill and get a print out of my prescription. While they have a beautiful display of eyeglasses, there is no pressure to buy glasses on site, which I appreciate. In and out in less than 30 minutes, thoroughly satisfied.

I have usually gone to their Cottleville location where everyone is also great, but I live closer to the Wentzville one now. Everyone on their staff is so friendly and caring. I never felt rushed or pressured to do anything and excited for my new contacts. Fantastic place for all your eye care needs.

I drive from O’Fallon to see Dr. Tobin because … he’s amazing. He always seems to love what he does, takes Whatever time is needed to assure he has answered any questions you may have and excellent at his job. I have never walked out of there feeling like my best interest wasn’t in mind. There are at least three stores that are closer to me, but I also prefer the staff at the Wentzville location. Gabby is absolutely fantastic. If you struggle finding glasses that fit properly and are also cute she has a good eye for both, She’s fast, knowledgeable, honest and Friendly!

Friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff. They all went above and beyond to make sure my prescription was right and I was happy with my frame choice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I should note, this was my third visit to a Regional Eyecare Associates location and Wentzville was head and shoulders better than the other two. Great job and Thank you!
